Unlike the commercial grinders
this specially built unit grinds at
twice the RPM.

Close inspection of the ground
surface (in the picture on the
right) reflects a mirror type finish
equal to that of a new machine
taper.

Due to the strength of the grinding
head our specially built unit
creates a surface that has
maximum contact with the tool
holder.

On weaker units (others in the
field) deflection is excessive in
grinding an ID  removing
excessive amounts of metal
which results in poor contact of
the tool holder with the spindle
taper.

This material is very valuable and
should be saved whenever
possible for future regrind if ever
need be.

Our process has been applied for
more then 20 years now and with
great results and success at a
great saving for end user.
